LLC “AeroStan” Air Company” is committed to implementing, developing and improving strategies, management systems and processes to ensure that all our aviation activities uphold the highest level of safety performance and meet national and international standards.
WE ARE COMMITTED TO:
- develop, implement, maintain and constantly improve our safety management system to ensure that all our activities are performed under a balanced allocation of organizational resources, aimed at achieving the highest level of safety, while delivering our services;
- comply with and, wherever possible, exceed, legislative and regulatory requirements and standards;
- support our safety management system through the provision of all necessary resources including financial, sufficiently skilled and trained personnel, encouraging safety through quality, improving communication between all departments;
- continually improve our performance and ensure that relevant corrective actions are taken and are effective;
- establish and measure our performance against realistic safety performance indicators;
- continually improve the risk-based approach, apply and promote hazard identification and risk management processes, including a hazard reporting system, to eliminate or reduce safety risks;
- ensure that our service providers and services that support our operations meet our safety standards;
- clearly define safety responsibilities in assigned duties for each position in our company;
- ensure that no disciplinary action will be taken against any employee who discloses a safety or compliance concern through the voluntary reporting system, unless such disclosure indicates, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a deliberate or willful disregard of regulations or procedures;
- guarantee the protection of the source of information of confidential voluntary reports;
- ensure this Policy is reviewed and, if necessary, revised yearly.
In order to ensure safety, in its activities LLC “AeroStan” Air Company” adheres to the following principles:
SENIOR MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT TO SAFETY. Senior Management of the organization ensure that all aspects of service provision meet the safety performance targets.
SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY. General Director bears overall responsibility for all safety matters. Management of the organization is responsible for the safety performance of the organization. All staff members of the organization have individual responsibility for their own actions in respect to safety.
SAFETY ACHIEVEMENT. The organization will use all means, processes, procedures and resources to achieve the high-level safety objectives and safety performance targets taking into consideration the rout network and unique nature of air charter cargo operations of LLC “AeroStan” Air Company”.
SAFETY TRAINING CONTINUITY. All staff members of the organization receive necessary and mandatory safety training. Any event inside or outside the organization can be considered as a significant occurrence that require actions, changes and improvements of operational processes from Senior Management.
