DANGEROUS GOODS are articles or substances which are capable of posing a hazard to health, safety, property or the environment, when transported by air and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods or classified according to criteria shown in current edition of Doc 9284 Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (TI ICAO).
