By the decision of the general meeting of participants of the Limited Liability Company “Aerostan” Air Company” dated February 08, 2024 (Minutes #6), in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Charter of the Company, the Limited Liability Company Consulting Center “Tax Law Audit ” was selected and approved as an external independent auditor.
To this day, LLC “Aerostan” Air Company” has successfully passed the external independent financial audit for the period from January 01, 2021 to December 31, 2023.
