In June, a seminar on “Aviation Security Culture” was held at KAI named after I. Abdraimov on the initiative of CAA of KR
This seminar was held within the CASE II project organised by the European Civil Aviation Conference.
Our employees from the Aviation Security Department Toykinov Ernis and Torobekov Temirbek successfully passed this seminar and received training certificates.
The topics of the seminar were:
– Recognising the important role of effective safety measures in the success of operations;
– Developing the right perception of positive safety practices among employees;
– recognising the relationship of safety to the main objectives of the business;
– clearly defining safety as a core value rather than an obligation or burdensome cost.
