From June 5th to 7th, 2023, a training session on flight safety management System was conducted at the State Civil Aviation Agency. The training was provided by CAA International (CAAi), a subsidiary of the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority.
Representing the airline, the following individuals participated in the training: Alexandr Valkovskii, the Safety Manager, and Nuradil Temirbekov, the Operations Control Center Manager.
The following topics were thoroughly discussed during the training:
Positive safety culture
Safety policy and objectives
Safety risk management
Safety assurance
Safety promotion
After completion of the workshop AeroStan was selected, among all participants, to conduct a hands-on training (OJT), during which the airline’s safety management system was demonstrated and evaluated.
CAA International’s auditors praised the airline’s safety management system and provided recommendations for further improvements.
