
The Quality Manager of AeroStan delivered a presentation entitled “Methodology for Conducting an Airline Audit” at the International Seminar on Quality Control in Aviation Security, organized by the State Civil Aviation Agency under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The seminar focused on key aspects of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in the context of aviation security, including risk assessment in operational planning and root cause analysis methodologies for identifying and addressing non-conformities.
In the presentation, the Quality Manager highlighted industry best practices for conducting internal audits, with an emphasis on assessing conformance with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs) as well as national regulatory frameworks. The presentation also covered effective strategies for the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) based on audit outcomes, aiming to enhance the overall security performance and compliance posture of air operators.
