On February 28 and March 1, 2023, an international conference “New complex methods and means to ensure aviation security” took place at the Kyrgyz Aviation Institute named after I.Abdraimov.
At the conference, the quality manager of AeroStan, Mikhail Prozorov, made a presentation on the theme of “Software as a part of aviation security process of an airline”.
To note, last year we fully integrated the software titled Centrik in the company’s processes. Mikhail shared this experience at the conference.
The purposes of the introducing the software into our operations were as follows:
– Transition from paper-based to electronic document management;
– Improving the process of voluntary reporting;
– Minimization of human factor influence in quality control activities;
– Maximizing control over the distribution of critical information;
– Increasing the efficiency of the risk management process.
Mikhail also shared with conference participants the challenges we faced and what measures were taken to address them.
